Abstract

The article investigates current directions for improving the management of enterprises with foreign investments due to the implementation of modern marketing strategies. The purpose of the article is research and economically substantiation of modern marketing strategies for the development of industrial enterprises with foreign investments in modern conditions, taking into account the state of international relations between Ukraine and European countries. The research methodology involves the use of the following general scientific methods: empirical research (comparison, observation), theoretical research (convergence from the abstract to the concrete), general scientific methods (abstraction and concretization, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, analogy), etc. The relevance of solving the scientific problem identified in the article lies in the fact that in the conditions of an unstable national financial and economic situation, the need to improve the management system of enterprises with foreign investments through the implementation of adaptive marketing strategies is clearly established. The results of the study are as follows: key indicators of improving the management system of industrial enterprises, taking into account modern marketing strategies for their development, are determined. Management mechanisms for improving of enterprises management system with foreign investments are proposed. Thus, the elements of marketing strategies of industrial enterprises with foreign investments proposed by the author for implementation will open an opportunity for improving the management apparatus at the higher, middle and lower levels of management. The originality and practical value of the research lies in the fact that the article substantiates the methodological apparatus of the cause-and-effect relationship between the development and implementation of various effective marketing strategies and the role of the management apparatus in the implementation and achievement of these strategies. The conclusions of the study are as follows: it is revealed that the implementation of modern marketing strategies of enterprises with foreign investments allows us to determine that the basis of the mechanism of business management in the market economy is a method that, in the form of selection, affects the optimality of choosing an effective management solution option. The results of the conducted research can be useful for enterprises of the industrial sector, organizations with foreign investments.
