Formation of the intellectual potential of Ukrainian economy innovative development

Abstract

The article summarizes the theoretical content and substantiates the formation system of the intellectual potential of innovative development at the micro- and macrolevels. Intellectual potential is considered as a basis for innovative environment formation and contributes to the expansion of opportunities for the intelligence using (as the basis of qualitative economic growth) and becomes one of the leading prerequisites for the success of economic development and establishment of its leadership potential. The level of the economy development at the macro- and microlevel depends on the innovative sphere development, the basis of which is an intellectual potential, which is currently a determining factor in ensuring of economic processes implementation in combination with state support and stimulating measures. The relationship between the categories of «intellectual potential» and intellectual capital is outlined. The theoretical foundations of intellectual capital development as an integrator of innovative development are determined. It is proved that intellectual capital reflects the system of interaction between various subjects of economic relations in the direction of achieving rational and sustainable reproduction through the development of scientific and innovative sphere for the purpose of ensuring the production competitiveness, taking into account the economic interests of business entities, growth of incomes and living standard of the population. The idea of differentiating types of innovative thinking and its content characteristics is developed, integrated thinking is highlighted and characterized as a means of adapting to functioning in the conditions of societal transformations and overcoming the fragmentation of innovation implementation process. It was determined that integrative thinking involves a high level of generalization of its components, which ensure of intellectual processes implementation in the form of a system, an acquisition and change of intellectual experience forms, which develop integrative intellectual abilities and contribute to the acquisition of integrative intellectual skills. Therefore, innovative activity is a result of integrative thinking and at the same time an integrating factor in the further process of cognition and development. The composition is considered and the possibilities for intellectual potential transformation are determined. Attention is paid to the scientific and educational component of forming the intellectual potential of innovative development. It is proved that the society intellectual potential lies at the basis of strategic directions formation and implementation of its multi-level innovative development.
