Abstract
The article considers the current trends of tourism logistics development in the world and draws parallels with the development of tourism logistics in Ukraine. The purpose of the article is to study the development trends of tourist logistics in the world and the possibility using this experience in Ukrainian realities. The expenses of the profitable tourist countries of Europe on the tourism industry, and investment models for the support and development of tourist logistics are considered. The impact of digital technologies, such as automation, augmented and virtual reality, artificial intelligence and data analytics that transform logistics processes in the tourism sector is analyzed. The role of personalization in the provision of transport services in tourism is determined. The growing importance of digital platforms and mobile applications for effective development of logistics in tourism has been proven. The successful experience of countries that are actively developing the logistic tourism direction and can serve as a basis for the formation of systemic provisions regarding the transformation of Ukraine into a modern tourist attractive country in the post-war recovery period is summarized. The article proposes measures to improve logistics chains in the tourism industry of Ukraine, based on the obtained results. This involves the development of integrated information systems, staff training, attracting investment in logistics infrastructure and creating a favorable legislative environment for the tourism business development. The results of the study can be used to develop an effective strategy for the tourism logistics development in Ukraine and increase the competitiveness of the Ukrainian tourism product on the global market. The article is a valuable source of information for tourism industry professionals, scientists and government authorities who are interested in the development of the tourism industry in Ukraine.
