Abstract

The article investigates current trends in the economic justification of reproduction measures based on the economic efficiency of this process. The purpose of the article is research and economic substantiation of carrying out reproducible measures of transport infrastructure objects by enterprises of transport construction of railway transport in modern business conditions. Research methodology involves the use of the following methods: empirical research (comparison, observation), theoretical research (ascending from the abstract to the concrete), general scientific methods (abstraction and concretization, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, analogy), etc. The relevance of solving a scientific problem, determined in the article is that in conditions of comprehensive limitation of financial resources, incl. those that are allocated for the reproduction of transport construction objects, on one side, and the need to ensure uninterrupted operation of the transport system, from the other side, there was an urgent need for economic justification of carrying out reproduction measures of transport construction objects, which will also allow to attract the production capacities of transport enterprises construction, which are lost due to crisis phenomena in the national economy. The results of the study are as follows: an economic indicators of the wear and tear of structural elements of the transport construction facility, the coefficients of specific cost of the structural elements are determined. A calculation formula is proposed, according to which the economic indicators of wear and tear of individual structural parts of the transport construction object are determined. It is the level of wear and tear of the transport construction facility substantiated in this way that is a critical indicator that «triggers» the process of economic substantiation of carrying out reproducible measures of transport construction facilities. The originality and practical value of the research lies in the fact that the article systematizes the existing directions of economic justification, taking into account the specific features of the transport construction objects functioning. The conclusions of the study are as follows: it is shown that the economic justification of carrying out reproducible measures of transport construction objects allows to determine that investments in transport infrastructure can become a multiplicative catalyst for the launch of a new investment cycle and implementation of the current model of economic development. The results of the conducted research can be useful for transport construction enterprises, organizations on the balance sheet of which there are transport infrastructure objects.
