Abstract

The article considers the theoretical and practical aspects of sanatorium-resort, medical and rehabilitation facilities management based on the quality management system. The purpose of the article is to develop methods and principles of quality management of services provision by sanatorium-resort, medical and rehabilitation facilities in the country; to develop a structured model and principles of building an integrated management system at the level of the oblast (region) and, based on it, a model and functional structure of the oblast (regional) quality management system for services provision by sanatorium-resort, medical and rehabilitation institutions. The research was carried out using methods of system analysis, mathematical modeling, management theory, methods of mathematical statistics, authorized information processing, information systems design. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research was an economic theory provisions, which are presented in the fundamental works of domestic and foreign scientists on the issues of market and administrative regulators of the sanatorium-resort, medical and rehabilitation facilities market in Ukraine. The theoretical aspects of the quality management systems for service provision in sanatorium-resort, medical-rehabilitation and rehabilitation institutions are investigated. A structured scheme of sanatorium-resort, treatment and rehabilitation system management of the region is provided. The management methodology of the sanatorium-resort, medical and rehabilitation system of the region is proposed. A graphic model of the quality management of services provision by sanatorium-resort, health-care and rehabilitation institutions is presented. The main principles of quality management of sanatoriumresort, medical-rehabilitation and rehabilitation services that meet the requirements of ISO 9000 standards are highlighted. The proposed directions of management concept of the sanatoriumresort, medical-rehabilitation and rehabilitation institutions based on the quality management system are of practical value.
