Abstract

The article defines the content of the «threats to the economic security of an enterprise» concept. Threats to the economic security of an enterprise by main classification signs are systematized. Forms of their manifestation are considered, their common characteristic is given and their impact on the enterprise is generalized. Through the critical analysis existing classification with a sign within a cycle of management is complemented; strategic, operational and current types of threats are highlighted. The practicability of hierarchical structuring by the source of threats is grounded. The applying of hierarchical and faceted types of classifications when grouping threats to economic security is proposed.
