Abstract

The article highlights the question of emergence a variety the reasons of insolvency and necessity realization of enterprise management in times of crisis. The traditional way of management are generalized, and some measures to improve the impact of insolvency on the economic of enterprise’s activity are proposed. In the course of the study the concept of «insolvency» is improved, the characteristics of insolvency and its impact on the enterprise are generalized, and also the effects of the economic nature are discovered. The list of measures on restoration of debtor’s insolvency are proposed.
