Abstract

Social and economic peculiarities of housing and municipal services as well as processes of their consumption by households and service production by enterprises of housing municipal economy are considered in the article. On this ground, economic interests and contradictions, which enables to point out key problems of the sphere of housing municipal economy, are determined. Methods, approaches, and recommendations as to the state regulation of the process of housing municipal economy adaptation to market environment conditions are developed. The essence of the adaptation process and its main task, which consist in the formation of market equilibrium, which is manifested in harmonizing the interests of consumers and manufacturers housing municipal services through targeted account changes in the external and internal environment, as well as reasonable action correcting production and business activities of the system housing municipal enterprises as a whole, are refined.
