Abstract

The article used the morphological and abstract logical methods for the analysis and synthesis of scientific theories in the field of water complex management, statistical method for preparation the practical recommendations and justification of the proposed solutions. Scientific novelty of research results is in a well-grounding of theoretical and practical prerequisites of development of the water complex management and directions of rational nature resources use in the context of global environmental and socio-economic processes. Implementation of these scientific and methodological approaches will improve the state needs in water resources and create conditions for sustainable development of water management complex. Using the national and international experience it is possible to recommend the develop water management systems with the help of such vectors as the ecologization of the economy, the concept of sustainable development, balance, basin principle of water resources management.
