Abstract

The reasons of inconsistencies between the development of entrepreneurial talent and implementation of practical solutions are analyzed in the article. The need for use the EU experience in the formation of innovative strategies and support of entrepreneurial talent are focused and summarized. The use of competency approach to the enhancement of personnel business activity and an entrepreneurial spirit are justified and proposed. Recommendations to strengthen the system of training and creative thinking for the development of entrepreneurial skills are designed.
