Abstract

The development of competencies and the analysis of their models, using a literature review on competence-modeling are investigated in the article. As a field of study chosen basic competencies targeted specialties and their impact on the development of creativity is determined. The main approaches to the assessment of the labor potential of the enterprise in terms of its innovative development are analyzed. The effect of the competence-based approach to assess the quality of training and the basic factors of the matrix of competencies are investigated. Key indicators of creativity for creative expectations innovative enterprises are proposed.
